How to Activate Your IPTV App With a MAC Address
Most IPTV players identify your TV with two codes: a MAC address (for example 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx) and a device key. These codes let us link your subscription to your device safely, without asking you for any password.
- Install the app on your device.
- Open it and take a photo of the screen showing the MAC address and device key.
- Send the photo to us on WhatsApp.
- We activate the app and load your subscription.
- Restart the app and start watching.

The 12-month plan includes free app activation. For other plans, app activation costs €6 per year.
What if I change my TV?
Send us the new MAC address and device key and we will help you move your subscription.
My app says “expired” after activation. What now?
Restart the app or the TV. If the message stays, send us a photo of the screen on WhatsApp.
